Our bakery shop sells bread made by scratch in Otani Sanso, where we oversee the entire process,
from making dough from flour, to lining up the bread in our storefront.
The bread that we bake in-house each night is made using "Farmer's Salt," handmade in Nagato's Yuya Bay.
Made with rich ocean minerals, it has a delicate flavor.
Our bread tastes wonderful both as is, or toasted.
