Of these, Komori Yakitori is the oldest shop in Nagato, which has a history of 60 years since its construction. Passing through the short curtain draped across its front, you'll find that the shop interior has only counter seats. Behind the counter, the mistress of the establishment uses her 40 years of experience to skillfully grill each skewer of chicken.
The dish you need to try here is it's most simple chicken meat. The meat is as juicy as you would expect from chicken brought in fresh each morning, and a delicious experience unique to a land where chickens are raised.
