【Information】You can access the chatbot from your guest room.

Easily connect to chatbots with QR codes. Our AI concierge will answer any questions you may have.

The AI Concierge chatbot on our website can now be easily used from your guest room. On the start screen, we have made it easy for you to browse the most frequently asked questions during your stay. You can also ask any questions you may have in chat form.It will be available in English, Chinese, and Korean.

〈Installation location〉
It’s placed near the telephone or on the desk in the guest room. Scan the QR code with your smartphone or tablet to open the chatbot screen. (FreeWi-Fi is available in the building.)
